Help w/3Gs purplera1n jb

I am having screenboard crashes many times during the day. Sometimes the phone is locked and charging and when I turn it on, the springboard crashed. Also, it take like 20 seconds for the keyboard to activate in apps like messages, mail, app store, and safari (any app that uses the keyboard).
Is this normal? Should I rejailbreak my 3GS again?

Depends.. what did you install in Cydia?

Any SBSettings add-ons etc?
