News Fuse (http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=313925120&mt=8) for me. I gave up so many of them. My only needs are Full Screen, No Banners, No Ads and multiple sources. News Fuse (http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=313925120&mt=8) has all that. I think 36 total news sources now with the last update. No lag either. I can't say enough good things about it. Switching sources is also iPhone like when swiping. I am not affiliated with it in any way.

I was frustrated with all the news apps because they plaster advertising on the screen and many don't allow you to email news links to your friends. So I wrote my own news links webpage. Please try it and let me know what you think. It's at iFastNews com

WSJ for me. AP got on my nerves with the poor push and mediocre layout. WSJ is classy IMHO.

Does Fluent News never stop accessing the Internet? The download spinning circle is constantly blinking on and off. It seems a definite drain on the battery.

I've just noticed it doing that today. Maybe one of the sites it fetches is slow? It's usually fast and stops accessing the Internet in no more than a minute 30-60s.

New York Times app. It's the only app that has got it right. The only weaknesses are a small advert at the bottom (which I can live with because it's free) and lack of video. The design of the app is flawless and it's much faster than it used to be.
The WSJ and Huff Post app are nice but there is something not right about the fonts/size and it's not as clean as NYT. The WSJ has a tendency to hang when uploading new stories.

Your right I forgot to mention that. The App retains the same format as the others like USA Today NYT's etc. It just makes sense to have them all in one App.
It's a great App.

Another vote for NewsFuse. Simply fantastic. I bought it this morning and tonight deleted the USATODAY app from my phone as it's redundant. The only thing keeping AP on my phone is push. If someone else does Push better, it's gone.
The best purchase I've made on the App store in a LONG time.
