my iPod Touch keeps interrupting my games

it's so annoying, I'm sitting there playing pocket bacon, and it does this:

sometimes it happens repeatedly till i turn off my iPod. anyone know how to fix this problem? I think I'm just going to march into that apple store and tell them to shove it!

Uh, your "iPod touch" keeps getting calls??

Your screenshot shows signal bars and the AT&T and 3G symbols, and the battery percentage, which means you have an iPhone 3GS, not iPod touch. That screen shows that there is an incoming call.
