Phone is stuck in constant reboot

That is pretty much the long and short of it..it just keeps on rebooting itself..it doesn't respond when its plugged into the computer or anything..any ideas?
 
Put it into DFU mode and restore in iTunes. For something like that, I think there's very little hope in saving it without a restore.
