I don't even use the iTMS, but if I did, it would be the US one.

the US one is the only one that exists so far. For a second there I thought the others had been announced and I'd missed it.
And Australia isn't on the list, so I chose none :(

I was a little confused as only US is available now...but I chose Japan on the hopes it will be up and running soon, but don't know as the Japanese recording industry really are a bunch of idiots - especially when a Japanese version of a (western artist) CD is released with 1 extra track and is priced around 2500 yen and the original version without that 1 extra track is around 1800 yen. That's 700 yen (about US$7) for that one song. Sure, there is a track listing in Japanese and some liner notes may be translated, but talk about a rip off.

What? The Japanese music industry charges 700 yen for just ONE extra track?? You're right, iAlan - that IS a rip-off, no matter what the exchange rate is. (Disclaimer: I've never been to Japan, but I have always wanted to go there, and I know how to count in Japanese :) )

I'm in New Zealand. Hopefully they'll release iTMS here simultaneously with Australia. Otherwise I don't have much hope for it, Apple doesn't have a presence here, just a distributor (who has a monopoly).

Confusing poll question - which CAN I use? None, because I live in Canada. which one would I BE ABLE to use, if it was released? Then, obviously the Canadian store, which is what I voted for. Hopefully next Tuesday will be the day! Hmm, which leaves me wondering what tomorrow's announcement will be... ;)

Does listening to iTMS previews count as a service ?? Otherwise the question is badly phrased, as the only service available is the one for people with a billing address in the US. I voted 'none', because I don't consider anything but being able to purchase music on the iTMS a 'service' worth considering.

I would be interested in buying music from both ITMS Europe and Japan. I hope that I will be able to do so from the US.

Well, I can probably use iTMS Europe when it's available. I guess that's what the poll creator had in mind. :)
If I want to use it is another matter. Only 128kbps AAC + DRM doesn't sound appealing. I guess I might buy a few tunes just to try it out, at least as longs as apps like Playfair are available.

Um Europe ... at the moment ... but I'd hardly call that a service.

I use the iTMS here in the US. Currently have 56 songs. Received 2 from Ben & Jerry's. I purchased the latest "Harry Potter" album. The rest, thank you Steve. ;)
Basically the same thing as "Where do you live?" but tied into Apple.

Don't count on it. If I can't buy from iTMS US from here in Australia, why should you be able to buy from iTMS Japan from the US?

That's exactly what I was thinking...I didn't understand the point of the poll.

I picked Europe, except it isn't available (until next week)
It is like "Where do you live?" as someone said.
It's confusing for two reasons:
1) Only the US store is available
2) Even when they are all available, you can only use the one in your own territory so you have no choice in the matter anyway.

For some reason I doubt Apple will release the iMS in Australia. The market is simply too small and the profit margins too slim for them to spend the money. I can only imagine that the stores open right now are selling hundreds of songs a day, or even less than that.

What services ??? There is just the app as of now. Strange poll indeed.

I didn't understand either... maybe the author means "Which iTunes service could you use" using could in the same way as "I could use a beer" or "Could you use a hug?"

I choose none, because it is not available in Australia. I do search the US one for samples, but I'm sick of finding so many partial albums and a lack of material I'm interested in. I don't think I'll be that excited if it ever does launch here. Two things need to happen...
1. Increased range of music.
2. Either offer lossless music format, or allow downloaded music to be redownloaded when better codecs are available.

Apple still doesnt allow the use of anything but credit cards so I just use the itunes store the hear previews and then go buy the cd and then convert to mp3. which is fine, I like music so much they are saving me money by not allowing paypal, echeck, neteller etc.
