No, Flight Track Pro currently (as of 7/13/09) doesn't have push notifications. I have Flight Track Pro, and I emailed support with that same inquiry and they said they were considering it.
The only difference between Flight Track and Flight Track Pro is TripIt integration.
On the contrary, while I use TripIt (and love it) I have started using Flight Update instead. The Google Map integration is great along with the seating charts of airlines and the ability to find the best flight if one is canceled.
