Windows XP - Shortcuts no longer work.

Hello;

After a Blue Screen of Death, keyboard backlight and F-key shortcuts(for brightness, sound, etc.) stopped working. I've reinstalled drivers but that didn't solve the problem.

Any ideas on how I can fix this?
