Fourth Manhattan Apple Store according to job listings?

Was looking through the jobs on Apple's retail job site and I found that there was a fourth in New York City. Was wondering if anyone has seen this below and, based on the Zip Code (10023) if this is in any special place (Google Maps puts it west of Central Park).

Wealthy enough area to support yet another small store.
