i have a 1.2 ghz pentium m... 1.5 months old... 640mb ram... 30 gig hard drive... but it is an external cdrw/dvdrom drive... dell 300m (2.9 lbs .9" tall)

but.... the software on it will get you...

xp home :(
Style XP (already look just like a mac)

i want a 12" powerbook that is fully loaded in exchange....

i know it will be impossible to get a mac user to part with his/her mac

Your best bet would be to sell this on eBay, and buy a PB. I wouldn't trade my PB for anything... (well, most things :))
