i've been installing and uninstalling apps and i'm afraid that maybe my iphone is full of junk files left from uninstalled apps. do i have to optimize or clean the filesystem? any apps for that?

unless your jailbroken i think you are more than fine right now. honestly if you are that worried about it you can do a clean restore.. i've installed OVER 200 apps (at least) and haven't had a problem
