Safari Continually Crashing

Every time I reset my ipod touch, I can't get anything to load in Safari. It freezes the device EVERY time. Very frustrating.

1) Is there anyway to fix this?

2) How can I downgrade back to 2.1?

try doing this, it works with apps that crash when you open them:

all u have to do is go into the app store, download a free app, and then delete it. it kinda resets stuff and usually solves minor problems

if that dosent work, you may have to restore.
