Disable Apple Remote System Volume Control

I recently installed "Mira" in order to control my Mini with the Apple Remote, and it's awesome... Except for the fact that everytime I use the +/- buttons to scroll up and down in the various applications, the system volume goes up and down...

Is there anyway to disable the remote from controlling the system volume?

I figured it out after playing with Mira's control panels for a couple hours.... Or the Mini got sick of me futzing with it and gave in....
