I'm wondering if anyone knows if there's an HDTV tuner available for Macintosh. I know there's a couple windows HDTV tuners, and I'm wondering if something similar is available for Mac. I love my eyeTV, but I'd also love Hi-Def. Anybody able to help me?

Care to share the info you found elsewhere? I'd be interested as well. Especially if it tunes both OTA and QAM.

Currently I have a Moto6200 cable box. With the recent firmware upgrades, the firewire ports have come to life. Using the guide from MacOSXhints, my Mac is a nice little HD recorder. Unfortunately, my HDTV does not have a firewire input. It has DVI, but I have been unable to get a stable image to it from my Tibook using custom resolutions care of SwitchRes X.

Tell me if anyone finds anything more helpful... This had a little tip on page 3 about some internal tuner, but I'd like to find something better.
