iPhone Safari and yahoo email not working on Edge

Both work fine in a wireless network, but not on Edge.

Last month, I tried to D/L the tethering hack, then discovered it does not work on original iPhones. I have not figured out how to remove that hack, but it seemed to have no effect anyway. Otherwise, my iPhone is stock (on AT&T, not jailbroken).

Check your EDGE settings. Maybe there's something that needs to be keyed in, like username/pass etc...?

Nope, Passcode is not enabled.

Texting still works.
