Unable to install apps using installous OS 3.0

I just jailbreaked my iphone 3.0. I am unable to install apps using installous.

Can some one please help me on this..

You just helped him. Because if you go to hackulo.us, you'll see that the 2nd section from the tap on the page talks about how to install AppSync, which allows cracked ipa's to work on 3.0. Or so I've heard.
