Launch Safari.

Safari menu > Preferences > AutoFill > deselect everything

Previous posters are both correct and incorrect.
Unchecking autofill will stop your data being automatically filled but doesn't delete it.
If you want to delete your data, you will need to remove it from your keychain. just type keychain into spotlight and it will open "keychain access". once in there, highlight "login" on the left and you can then edit/delete whatever you want.
It is worth noting that keychain is protected by your main login password so it is pretty secure.
