Sorry if already posted, but it looks like Apple Corp, may be joining Apple Computer!

It says nothing of Apple Corp. and Apple computer joining together. It seems more like they want Microsoft to distribute their music.
It does seem to think that the "new" online music stores will struggle without the Beatles... I think the general population will get over it if they don't get online...

Does anyone know where the Apple Computer v. Apple Records legal battle stands at the moment? Last I heard, a judge decided the case would be handled in the UK, but I haven't heard anything else.
Could the result of the trial end iTMS?

A British vacationer bought a suitcase at an Australian flea market, for $36, and inside found 4.5 hours of Beatles recordings, including John and Paul experimenting with previously unrecorded tracks, plus new versions of We Can Work It Out and Cry Baby Cry. This may be the lost "Mal Evans archive" that disappeared in 1976 after he died.
