How to combine two albums into one on iTunes?

I have many 2 CD albums with I have put on iTunes. Is there anyway I can combine the two albums into one?

For example: Hottest 100 volume 1 CD 1 and Hottest 100 volume 1 CD 2 into Hottest 100 Volume 1?

Make sure they have the exact same album name (copy and paste "Hottest 100 Volume 1") then set the meta data in Get Info (command i) to "Disc 1 of 2" and "Disc 2 of 2" respectively. The disc numbers can be edited directly below the track numbers.
