Need help downloading "Backgrounder"

So I decided to jailbreak my iPhone... I immediately went into cydia and installed backgrounder. Now, it says complete at the top and there's an option at the bottom to "reload springboard". Should I press that? Not exactly sure what to do....

Yes. Backgrounder requires you to do this. Click it. 🙂

Is it supposed to take more than 5 minutes.... i still have the loading signal

Mine did that this afternoon... just jailbroke my 3GS.

I rebooted the phone and all was well since backgrounder had already downloaded.

yes it is required to restart the springboard. it only takes me like 3 seconds to do it
