A good Reminder/notifier program help

Hello everyone, I'm looking for a good progy that would allow me to remind me when I missed calls, text messages ect, I try notifier/reminder that supposed to be the best one according to some BUT no worky here with my 3Gs, any ideas ?

How about the little red circles with the numbers in them on your phone and messages icon.

Now if you want a fancy program to "Notify" you, do a lockscreen theme using Lockscreen Info. Google it.
