i herd you could overclock the 800 mhz or 1.0ghz to 1.33 without problems or a bit better but less stable 1.44 ect.
but can you overclock the 1.25 to 1.33 or better?

Maybe, but it's not easy. Neither were the older ones.

I don't know if you have seen what is necessary but this is the general idea:

1. Open up the eMac
2. Essentially dissect it to get to the internal parts Apple doesn't want you touching
3. Move some TINY jumpers
4. Do some soldering
5. Put back together your eMac

It's not for the average power user. It's really not worth the trouble IMO, but if you want to do it badly and don't mind voiding your warrant and/or damaging the eMac, then maybe you'd be willing to pay a technician to do it for you.
