Hi every1, me new here :)

Just something slightly strange I noticed in Firefox. Even when i have no other windows open just Firefox and use expose i see this small blank window (top left corner of this pic). But when expose's not on it's not there. Does anyone else using Firefox get this or know what the hell it is? I'm starting to wonder if it's some hidden window that uses spyware or something!

Yes, I've noticed that, too... (one of the reasons I no longer use the any of the Mozilla family)

Mozilla (1.6) does the same:

Welcome!

It's nothing new and it isn't hurting anything. Actually, I've seen it work when I'm doing various things on different websites. A bit of text will be displayed or such.

AFAIK, it's just a bug Firefox has with Exposé. But why would it occur...?

This is normal behavior with FireFox. What I'd like to know is what function that window serves, and why it is really necessary?
