View Full Version : No wireless network showing on macbook

Hi i was using the internet through my wireless network fine and today when i try to connect to my wireless router it lists none,it keeps saying scanning but nothing comes up. I have been using my wireless router ever since i got my macbook and this is the first time it has happend. As im typing this im using a windows laptop connected which has a connection which is fine.Please can someone help.

Try to "Join other network...", then type in the name of your usual network service.
You can also try power cycling your router.

Their are no other networks to join. Recycling my router doesn't help, the wireless network works fine on my windows laptop but not the macbook.:(

Do you see any other networks? Could be an issue with AirPort and/or it's software/files.

No other networks are listed on the airport utility. The funny thing is it was working fine a couple of hours ago and now nothing at all.
