restore itunes after formatting pc

Hi I just formatted my pc.

I backed up a copy of my itunes folder.
now what do i do to restore it to what it was?

will my iphone remain synced properly with apps etc?

When you reinstall iTunes, simply copy your iTunes music folder over the new one. It will see it and reload as it was before.
