I have googled it to death, I can not find a list of features obtained by upgrading to V3. It does seem odd that if I were to go buy an I Pod Touch (keep the name police happy) that it would not come with current software.

I assume OP is talking about software, as hardware "v3" has not even been announced yet.

No I had gone there and could not find a dang thing. The site is a little artsy for me. It is however exactly what I was looking for, thanks a million.

Dang they got me anyway :)

I was referring to the software. I did not know there was a new model shipping soon. I guess I will wait a couple months to see what features are included in it. The software upgrades seems a very fair deal for just 10 bucks. Heck, I would have paid that for just the new 'keyboard'.

For now I will listen to my books on a nextar 1g mp3 player I picked up for 10 bucks. It resumes where you paused/shut down instead of the beginning of the track.
