opjective c help

Hello every boady,

I'm new on Mac my mac book pro will arrive after 2 weeks.

I would like to make program for Iphone but this is the first time for me to use mac, I need to study opjective c but in my country there isn't any body know about it!!! some of them told me to start learining only (c) but i'm not sure thil language is the way to opjective c.

I need your help what i have to do first

Learn to program first, C will do, to a pretty strong competency level.

Also try to pick up at least one OOP language (Java will do, or try Squeak). Then get all the tutorials and videos on Objective C from the Apple iPhone dev site. There also seem to be some pretty good books on the subject (but I wouldn't start there unless you already know how to program in C or some other language).

I'm a little familiar with C, but it's been awhile, so I also bought this: Programming in Objective-C (http://www.amazon.com/Programming-Objective-C-2-0-Developers-Library/dp/0321566157/ref=pd_bxgy_b_img_b)
