So, I got an iphone which has a broken screen off.

I got all the tools, the iphone is open, got most of the screws off from the iphone screen holder.

Question: I can't seem to remove two of the screens from the holder - I've tried heating it, and unscrewing it but it's just not working..

anyone bgot something that can help?

3G iPhone, no it's not that it's jkust a few screws won't undo and I don't know what else to do.

got the screen off and replaced, now i can't seem to get tab 3 or 1 working but 2 goes in just fine..

well, i say working it lights up just nothing but white on the screen =/

Now it flickers white and turns off?
