How to unlock Iphone 3G without JB

I had search many info about unlock the iphone 3G OS3.0. The one that i found is using redsnow to Jailbreak and then download ultrasnow from cydia. But what if I dont want to jailbreak. Can anyone teach me step by step and tell me which software I need for unlock my iphone 3G??

The tutorial you link to states quite clearly that you need to jailbreak your phone.

The OP is asking if it's possible to unlock without jailbreaking (not just avoiding Cydia). The answer is no.

My iphone 3G Jailbreak + Unlocked cant get notification from any notify support App. I try many time on pushfix from Cydia and winscp way, still 5 out of 20 try.
But my friend's Iphone 3G only unlocked(using T-mobile) can get the notify every time either from BeejiveIM or Textfree. Thats why I want to try if I only unlock the iphone can recive or not.
