Can't see networked printer over Airport Express

Hi All,
I have a networked printer which i can see and print to fine over a wired connection (it comes up in add printer utility)

When I switch to airport over my airport express it won't come up (Well it does for a millisecond then disappears) and if I manually add it via mdns:// it doesn't print.

Whats causing it?

Or, I'll take a guess:

It sounds like you have a primary router and added the Airport Express, but didn't put the Express into Bridge mode so the first router would be in control of the entire network. To do that, in Airport Utility, I think you uncheck "Distribute IP addresses."

So do i need to put it into bridged mode?

Well, I think so - I don't have an A/Express, plus they've changed Airport Utility.
