3G Unrestrictor for what Apps?

Ok I just got the 3G Unrestrictor. But what apps should I use it on? So far I'm using it for Youtube, Itunes and the app store. Is that it?? Also, how do I know which apps are restricted?? I want to unrestrict all of them. Thanks in advanced.

How do I know which ones "require" me to be on Wifi? Whenever there's no Wifi it just puts me on 3G.

One app is YouTube. It gives you a low quality version when on edge or 3G, but a high quality version while on WiFi. Skype I think requires WiFi also.

would it be better to turn it off in mobilesubstrate sbsettings?
