i restarted my computer and after my restart a message popped up
"the inserted disk does not have a recognizable volume, press initialize to use the disk, or ignore to continue"
Now ... i know that if i initialize i'm going to loose everything on that hard drive, and i really need to have the files that are on it ...
can anyone recommend anything that i could do to salvage the files on that disk? i've tried disk utilities and norton disk doctor and can't recover anything -- does anyone have any suggestions?
