Upgrading SD Content anytime in the near future?

I would very much like to upgrade my seasons of Mad Men and the first season of Breaking Bad to HD.

Last I checked, I wasn't able to do this.

It would be nice, but I haven't heard anything about it yet. I sent an email to Apple support when the HD shows came out.
