email headers viewer?

Can anyone recommend a email headers viewer to use alongside the mail app? My sister gets lots of emails to deal with which has become pretty tedious without a broadband connection. Broadband is available in a few months so till then what should she get or use?

She just needs a program to show the headers - then she can delete them before having to download unwanted bloated html mail etc

You can view the headers in Mail by chosing View -> Message -> Long Headers (or pressing Cmd Shift H).

And in Mail Preferences under Viewing you can uncheck the option "Display images and embedded objects in HTML mail" - this prevents mail from downloading images in HTML mail, but it will give you an option to load whatever is missing, with a button at the top right in the mail window.
