IBook G2 12" TV out problems :-(

I finally made the switch from pcs to mac! I've got my Ibook for 1 week now, and I must say damned this is soooooooooooooo much better than whatever pc running on windows... 1 problem though, when I connect the tv-out to my pal television, I can't get any colors on it... :-/ Can somebody help me please! I did change the profiles, redetected the displays etc, but it doesn't seem to help.

do you get anything on the screen, or just no colors (i.e. greyscale)?

you are using apple's converter?

Im using the apple dvi tv out connector, and I can see my desktop or whatever on my television, but not in colors only grayscale

Have you checked Apple's own discussion boards and support site? They are often better than macrumors.com for searching down specific technical problems. Try the iBook specific forums.
