Hi, I have the new 3.1 Beta and wanted to know how ti implement the camera overlay.

You'll want to look into UIImagePickerController (http://developer.apple.com/iphone/prerelease/library/documentation/UIKit/Reference/UIImagePickerController_Class/UIImagePickerController/UIImagePickerController.html).

Not really a "do anything myself" kinda guy and prefer everybody else to do the work for me.

I'm looking for a push. If you want to learn how to ride a bike you don't read a book you have someone push you to start.

He gave you a push. He pushed you towards the documentation.

Bicycles have existed for over a hundred years. The overlay view has existed since yesterday. If you want to learn how to use it you use whatever info is available. To wit: the docs.

Call us back after you've read them. Otherwise wait till it comes out as a movie. I'm sure there will be some tuts RSN, written by people who've read the docs.

Not only that, but he even took the time to find the correct URL and provided a direct link. Some people just have no gratitude.

To the OP: once you've read the documentation, if you then have any questions or don't understand something, feel free to ask questions and many of us (myself included) will be happy to help. But why should we bother helping you if you can't even be bothered to read Apple's (IMO very good) documentation?
