Hi,

Can some one let me know if i have an old version of photoshop like no 6 or 7 can I run it on my Macbook pro? I don't really want a new on with the whole package and extra programs a I don't have enough stuff but would like to play around with stuff.

Probably Not

Photoshop 7 claims Mac OS X 10.1 support on a PowerPC Processor. I think it actually run under Classic, not truly in Mac OS X.

Photoshop 7 was the first version to run natively under OSX. Photoshop 6 would run under classic. Apple has given up on supporting classic so forget about Photoshop 6.

Photoshop 7 ran fine thru OS 10.4 but I'm remembering people posting about problems with 7 when OS 10.5 was introduced. IIRC, I think you need at least Photoshop CS1 to be compatible with Leopard
