Define a global documents folder - possible??

hello,

is there a way where i could define a global documents folder for all the application. so that app like quickoffice, iphoto, any any programes that stores or retrieves file could save into that one folder.

so all i need to do is juz sync that docments folder mac to my pc.

this is possible ? is there a app or a cydia mod could do this?
