How to Access 3G/3GS files thru finder

Mainly to perform my own backup of images and videos. 3GS files through youtube seems compressed, I'd like to access them directly and hope it's uncompressed/or the least compression.

You can retrieve the videos from the phone by using iPhoto. That's what I *would* d if I had an "S". 🙂

The suggested way is to use iPhoto or Image Capture on your Mac to transfer the files. No way to use Finder unless you hack your phone.
