Can I jailbreak my iPhone on a different computer than the one I normally use?

I can't jailbreak on my mac because it's a power pc machine. But can I use this HP Laptop I have?
 
Once the phone is jailbroken you can sync it with any computer that you wish. It doesn't make your phone only work with one computer. Don't worry. 🙂
