Useless safari after upgrading to 3.0.1

I upgraded to 3.0.1 yesterday, and afterwards my safari has become useless. It loads sites so that I can only scroll up and down (meaning that the sites look tiny), and I can not zoom anymore. Here is an example:

What to do??
 
I upgraded yesterday as well and have had no problems. My weather radar seems to work better, but I don't think the upgrade had anything to do with that.
