Forgot to unhide freeze icon b/f restore, now can rejailbreak

I had to restore back to 3.0 b/c i was having lockup issues. I decided to re jailbreak this am. After running purplerain and the program saying it was done i couldnt find the freeze program. After thinking about it for a min i remember i turned the icon off when i had it jailbroken the first time. I have a 32 gig 3gs. If anyone can help please let me know!

Go to settings/general/restrictions.

First enable restrictions then close out, then go back into settings and disable restrictions.

I believe that will unhide the icon.
