any good vcd converter for mac?

does anybody know a good mpg (vcd format, Im not sure if thats mpeg1 or mpeg2) converter for mac?

I've used it. It works, but a little difficult to understand all the settings and all the stuff about VCD SVCD XVCD SXVCD and so on.
