I'm looking for a HD camcorder for about £400 or there abouts. Does anyone have some suggestions. I have seent the footage from a £600 canon but would prefer not to pay this much.
I will be using with iMovie 09 so would need to be compatible with this. I have a 15" macbook pro.
Thanks in advance.

Also is the Toshiba Camileo S10 compatible with mac and imovie 09.

I heard SD should be better value since it has less (moving) parts.

Thanks for correcting me.
Please remember, not everyone on this forum has American/English as native language.
As for me, I live in the Flanders, the Flemish speaking part of Belgium, so please forgive me ignoring the difference between fewer and less.
