The schedules for the next week are posted at the end of the current week. It's weird. At my last job, I was just told to show up every other day starting on Monday. So Monday, Wednesday etc.

Prof., on your pay days, how did you make the green extend? I can only get the font to be green.

The highlighted ones signify all-day events. You have to check mark ALL-DAY

Why do people who work M-F write "work" for those days? Wouldn't it be easier just go make a note when you have a day off?

My hours aren't always regular, and I generally have to shift stuff depending on what happens with school. It's just a visualization preference of mine. It's pretty straight-forward for now during the summer, but come September and October, you'll really see the madness.

For my old job, I had to do both. I rarely had a day off. I had to be someplace else every hour. On the heaviest weeks, I didn't even put my work schedule in iCal because it was too much work. Hopefully, Apple will make iCal easier to use.
