What's the best way of getting it back/ best options in not paying gauged AT&T prices I just upgraded to the 3GS less then a month ago if that helps any?
Btw: I didn't turn on the gps locater hadn't had it long enough. Can anyone help? Options.

Unless you have MobileMe you've probably lost it for good. Do you have insurance?
