updating to firmware 3.0.1 on jailbroken iphone?

Hey guys,

just wondering, if i update the firmware on my iphone 3G from 3.0 to 3.0.1 will i have to
re-jailbreak my iphone and lose all the stuff on my phone again?

Also, any information as to how it's done would be useful too 🙂

Take a look at Dev-Blog. They detail how the 3.0.1. firmware update only really patched the SMS attack, so they used the same loopholes and it is pretty much the same, minus one change.
