The first thread in the iPhone forum's icon is missing.

It happens even if I refresh the page, or if another thread occupies that thread's spot.

By Icon, I mean the little envelope that shows if it's a "Hot Topic", "You Posted In This", etc. It's just a white square.

Do you mean this page?

Could we see a screenshot please?

Which web browser? Does it still happen if you try a different web browser or a different computer?

Yes, that page.

It doesn't happen on IE, just on Firefox.

Uhm. My Bitmap image is 2.xMB, and the limit is less than 1MB for MacRumors.

I see. The first one after the stickies.

Anybody else having this symptom in Firefox? (I'm not.)

Also, on threads, where the avatar is supposed to be, it just says the person's tag and 's avatar, with a link to their profile.

Most times it shows the actual avatar, but I don't know why it's doing that. In this thread, yours (Dr. Q) and mine were doing it.

It also happens on one of the stickies (Lowest one) in the PRSI.

The lowest sticky is a locked sticky and has a different picture:

Can you see the picture above? If not can you see it or what is reported when visiting http://images.macrumors.com/vb/images/statusicon/thread_hot_lock.gif

It sounds like it is more of an issue at your end, have you tried the usual browser resets/relaunches/clearing of caches etc.

Everything looks fine to me on Safari 4.0.2 on Mac.

Have you tried to reinstall the web browser?
