bent sim card pins

hi everyone

so i finally got my iphone 2day in the post which i bought off ebay, so i opened it up charger it for a good 5-6 hours then went to put me sin card in but realised that the little gold coloured pins that im guessing read the sim card? are bent. it looks like Stevie Wonder has tried to bend them back and really made a hash of it. any comments on what i can do.

now ive already emailed the guy i bought the iphone off but am still waiting for a reply.

Make a complaint through eBay. Get your money back.

check on the guy's return policy from eBay.

or see if your warranty is still in effect (highly doubt it).

where abouts can i find my serial # bearing in mind i cant find it in general.

what are those numbers on the back of the iphone?
