iPhone 3GS Video Recorder question

Is there any way you can save videos you can record on the iPhone 3GS as a .AVI file or any other format that can work on a PC? I tried using windows movie maker with a video I took on my phone but the format isn't compatible with Windows.

just convert the file into something usable (http://www.convertmovtoavi.com/).

the format is compatible with windows... if you have iTunes, you should have Quicktime. that can easily export your video into any format you want...
