Cydia, delete and respring freeze...anyone?

I've installed and uninstalled many of applications using Cydia. I just deleted one application and it says complete but is now froze on the Complete screen. The circle thing it still going around and the bottom says "Reload Springboard" but the button cannot be pushed.

I've never had this happen before. It won't restart or even recognize that it's plugged in to the wall but iTunes does recognize it. Full restore if it lets me or any other ideas?

Just hold the home/lock buttons until the phone turns off/reboots.

If that doesn't work. Just put the device into DFU Mode (http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=603129), or Recovery Mode (http://guides.macrumors.com/Restore_the_iPod_Touch), and do a restore in iTunes.

Nothing was working...had to go into recovery and do a full restore. Son of a...
